Job Summary:
Coach USA is seeking a self-motivated individual to support the Human Resource Manager and Safety Manager with daily tasks. To satisfactorily perform this function, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, display the ability to research information to resolve problems, and establish and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships.

Essential Functions:
- Assist with On-Boarding, Data Entry
- Manage current candidates’ activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Pre-screen candidates and follow up as needed
- Run Driver Abstracts and Background Checks
- Schedule DOT Physicals, BP/DM Follow-ups, Training classes and Fingerprint Clearance when needed
- Submit Medical Cards to NYS DMV
- Gather information from Accidents/Incidents which include Photos, Statements, GPS, etc.
- Submit all Claims to Company Insurance/Manage Company Mail
- Schedule Drivers for Safety Meetings
- Maintain Company Software which includes but not limited to Samara, Avatar/A-Suite, Guardian Alerts and Drivers Alerts
- May perform additional duties as directed
Must be able Travel if needed:
Qualifications:
- High Schools Diploma
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook
