Coach USA, a leading provider of transportation services and mobility solutions across North America, invites motivated students to join our paid Summer 2026 Internship Program, running from May 20, 2026, through August 7, 2026. This 12-week experience connects classroom learning with real-world business operations through meaningful projects, mentorship, and professional development opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Role Summary
The Finance Intern will support the Finance team with key analytical and reporting activities that drive operational and financial decision-making. This role offers exposure to core finance functions, including general ledger management, expense and revenue analysis, and process efficiency initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience while contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct general ledger account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare expense and revenue reports, providing actionable insights by supplier, area of spend, customer, or revenue stream
- Support the development and implementation of process efficiency and internal control improvements
- Assist in preparing and presenting financial performance summaries for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support budgeting and forecasting activities
Skills/Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
Compensation
$18.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.
