Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in charter transportation arrangements, demonstrating impeccable organizational skills, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager Charter/Tour & Travel, this role presents an exciting opportunity to shape memorable experiences for our clients and fulfill their group transportation requests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Process orders, forms, and requests, and trip follow-ups.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Must be able to work individually and with a team.

- Competitive compensation up to $22.00/hr
- Monday – Friday work schedule; 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Required Experience/Skills:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a professional setting.
- Previous experience in customer service and transportation preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple computer systems and software programs
